Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled exam to allow time for check-in, insurance verification, and completion of any necessary paperwork.
Please make sure that you have a referral/prescription from your doctor and precertification from your insurance carrier/HMO if required for your exam.
As with any healthcare facility, there are unforeseen circumstances and emergencies that cause delays. These may involve medical emergencies, performing additional studies on a routine exam or a patient that presents with an urgent condition. We will try to effectively communicate any delays to you if they occur and we greatly appreciate your understanding. We want to make sure that all of our patients receive the best possible care in accordance with their individual medical needs.
Please be aware that exams are scheduled by the type of imaging equipment that is used. If it seems that you are waiting longer than another other patient it could be that your exam is a different type of exam. Please do not hesitate to ask our receptionists if you have any questions.
